you're gonna go out a business andthat's the truth okay now there are certain things that you can doto organize your business that will organize your mind in anorganized mind naturally is going to make more moneyyou're gonna feel better by yourself not gonna make more money okay so what i want to do on today'ssession as i want to show you one strategy that we use in order to go through and relieve makemake us are wary organized business okay so it's it'sactually sorting the mail and our
dropbox now if you go through yourentire office you're going to notice there is 0 filingcabinet anywhere i mean there's zero filing cabinet inthe way we did that the reason that we did that was very simple okay we did that said we could accessany of our files from an iphone okay or whatever phone we can access anyfiles from that and that's when we wanted a and it'sextremely organized that way so that fung travel info you know i need to lookat a document i don't have to you know call somebodyour office say hey can you get into the
third filing cabinet on the right the third row i think it's in the backfor that um can you get into that filing give me the purchase and sale agreementfind out what we're buying this home port it's not that stuff i can literallyjust look it up right on on my phone and that's why we haveliterally i went the way i love no filing cabinetsand stain or not so what i want to talk about first as iwant to talk about our mail so is is sounds extremely extremely basic but you know instead of having you knowall of this male
okay so we have this over here soinstead of having all the smell right here you know likemost human beings deal and you got this and you know you justget your mail okay this this is cluttered okay this isall clutter okay now that what we did is i we pay all everything all onfridays we actually open up our mail all on friday as well but during the week what we will do iswe will get the mail then we put it into a divider like okayand and this divider
i'm at the top we just put labels onabove the company names that we have shown yeah obviously we've got the king asystems home backers fires on fire in our investment company and then wealso have a my my personal i put all my personal billsyears while so john cochran and i love this my mother bonnie cochranso an email that we get okay that has to do with this companywill go right inside a this i'll you know cubicle area littlething right here and then this an email that we get withhome backers will go right here an email

is again during the week we'll just keepstuff from the stuff in here and on fridays whole new laws will go through here andwill pay all the king assistance bills we all will go through and pay all athome backers bills we will go through and look at all for investment companies mail tosee what that is okay so we don't do it for one day aweek it's that that simple this one day a week what also we do is naturally what'sgoing to happen whenever you

as with in order to keep organize wedon't put them in a filing cabinets or anything like that we actually put into a drop box so wescan um on our scanner and then we've go throughwe put them into the dropbox now wanna show you inside um our dropbox account here i wanna show you how organized we havemade this dropbox and what we do with all of our scans in order to make thathappen good alright so here we are and i wejust got dropbox right here dropbox is
free are so we don't have to pay for this oranything like that and it basically what it is is this just a i storage all in the cloud that it kindaworks like a scene drive does on a on a computer okay so you can just orabsolutely everything they're so once you go to dropbox i was gonna open it up you can see herethat r drop awesome is extremely organized and oh what we do what i want to showyou guys is all these
